Lovely little shop, small but mighty, has all the essentials and staff were friendly. After shopping for several years occasionally with lush I've finally started to take my empty bottles/tubs in exchange for a fresh face mask at this shop.

I popped in for just 10 mins earlier today (about 11:30 for any management wishing to pass my comments on 👀👀👀) and my experience was great. The two ladies working at the time were incredibly friendly and helped me out by answering my questions, showing me the new range of products and just having quite a nice chat! I appreciated their help in helping me choose what I wanted and they popped in a little birthday present which was so so sweet of them. I love visiting Lush for the products but the kind staff always make my day ❤️
So helpful and honest! They listened to what I needed and put together the perfect product cocktail for me😍 They didn't immediately suggest the most expensive products and were honest about whether or not I actually needed something that I looked at (e.g. my hair's in a good condition and that the benefits of a hair mask don't completely apply to me but they could've easily convinced me to buy one). Walking into a store like Lush with luxurious products can be intimidating but I felt so comfortable. Definitely coming back when I need to top up!
I was in Lush Waterloo today to get bath bombs. I had very busy and stressful week last week. Was looking for something relaxing. I both two bombs I am looking forward to try them today. My girlfriend and I went in here before our train. Staff offered us the opportunity to wash and moisturise our hands. Just what we needed midway through tiring intercity, cross-London journey! They also filled up our water bottle - no selling, just good old fashioned kindess to weary travellers.
